Directions
From Route 21 (Milwaukee Avenue):
Turn east onto Grand Avenue (Route 132). Take the first right onto Old Grand Avenue. We're on the right.
From I-94 (Tri-State Tollway):
Exit at Grand Avenue (Route 132). Head west on Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Old Grand Avenue after passing Route 41. We're on the left.
From Route 41 (Skokie Highway):
Turn west onto Grand Avenue (Route 132). Continue past Route 21. Turn right onto Old Grand Avenue. We're on the right.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended but not always required. Call ahead and we'll let you know current availability. For towing, just call—no appointment needed.
How long will my repair take?
Many repairs can be completed same-day. For more complex work, we'll give you an estimate. We also offer after-hours key drop if you need to leave your vehicle.
Do you offer loaner cars or shuttle service?
We don't currently offer loaner vehicles, but our Gurnee location is accessible and we can help arrange a ride if needed.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
Yes, we have a waiting area. For longer repairs, many customers prefer to drop off and pick up later.
